ServiceHB Health primarily deliver throughout the UK, Channel Islands. Products exported outside of these areas will be subject to any exportation requirements by the destination country.

HB Health will endeavor to select the most appropriate method for shipping which is cost effective and secure. However HB Health cannot be held liable for goods damaged or lost in transit.

Delivery charges are charged by destination address. Delivery charges may be subject to change without notice depending on supplier charges.

All UK deliveries will be dispatched by First Class Post Orders received on a normal working day will be dispatched within 72 hours of receipt of orders.

HB HEALTH RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied goods we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned.

Good must be their in their original, unopened and unused condition and must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. For hygiene regions we are unable to accept returns on any opened goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refundable unless goods are found to be faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will be pleased to offer a refund, or an exact replacement for your goods returned. We cannot offer an exchange for different goods.

You must obtain proof of posting from your postal centre at the point of sending. HB Health will reimburse all reasonable postage fees when provided with a copy of the receipt.
